The casts of the bed are made from resin sand. The guidways are processed by supersonic frequency induction hardening,scraping by hand.
The spindle is constructed by triple spportings and four bearings. The rigidity is higher than that of ordinary lathes. The dia of the spindle thru hole is 52mm.
The gears and shafts in the gear box are all precision-finshed, so that they make less noises in processing.
The spindle handle releases when feeding.
The tailstock is consisted of pallets. And the carriage is equiped with return half screw fitting.
The bottom of the tailstock is with work loading units.
The machine can process kinds of screw cutting without gear-changed.
